Coach Wilson is looking to build on a strong first year with Pepperdine, where he helped guide the Waves to a WCC title in 2014 and a 43 – 18 record. As a catcher and hitter coach with the Wave, Coach Wilson saw a Freshman All-American in Aaron Barnett, who led the team in batting average with a .359. Going forward with the Wave, Wilson will build off a coaching career that has seen time in Pierce College, California State University Norridge, and Sacramento State University. Coach Wilson has worked with pitchers, hitters, and coached in games as a first base coach.
