Megan Snelling enters her first season as Assistant Coach with the ULM soccer program. Snelling brings with her six years of coaching and administrative experience at the Division I and II levels and is a former Southland All-Conference soccer student-athlete at McNeese State as a center back and also a back-up goalkeeper.
Most recently, Snelling served one season as Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach at Converse College and Head Coach of Reserve Squad. She handled all administrative duties for two teams, totaling 47 players and managed travel, equipment, social media and fundraising. Additionally, she held the position of Director of Recruiting. Prior to Converse, Snelling coached for Barbe High School and Calcasieu Soccer Club in Lake Charles. During her tenure at Barbe, the Lady Bucs were consistently ranked top-20 and won multiple tournament titles.
Snelling holds an NSCAA National Diploma, Advanced National Goalkeeping Diploma and a USSF National E license.
Snelling holds an NSCAA Advanced National Diploma, Advanced National Goalkeeping Diploma and a USSF National D license. She was also selected to the 2017 United Soccer Coaches 30 under 30 class.
