Nate Boyden is in his first season as an assistant coach at Loyola University Chicago. Boyden, who helped UC Santa Barbara to a NCAA runner-up finish as a player in 2004, spent the 2012 campaign as an assistant coach at Bradley University. Following his standout career at UCSB, Boyden embarked on a lengthy professional career that began in 2006 included stops with the Seattle Sounders of the United Soccer League and Major League Soccer’s Chivas USA reserve squad.
