Nikki was born in Gadsden, AL. He attended Martin Methodist College where he earned his A.A. degree and then he attended Carson-Newman College where he earned his Bachelor of Science.
Nikki’s coaching experience includes three years at NCAA Division, three years of high school coaching, and fifteen years of youth coaching.
Nikki was the attaching player of the year when he attended Carson-Newman College in 1994. He played professional soccer with the Baltimore Bays in 1996.
When Nikki is not coaching he likes to go to Six Flags Marine World, play board games, and play at local city parks with his children.
