Vazquez enters his sixth season at the helm of the women’s soccer program. Last season the Pilgrims earned nine victories and made post season play for the second straight year. In 2011 Vazquez’s Pilgrims earned 10 wins the most single-season wins since 1998.
Over his tenure at NEC Vazquez has accumulated 39 wins and coached four all-conference athletes and numerous all-academic performers.
Prior to taking over the women’s program at New England College Vazquez served as an assistant coach with the New England College men’s soccer program. Over four seasons Vazquez has helped lead the Pilgrims to an overall record of 40-27-7, four straight TCCC post season appearances and an appearance in the ECAC New England Tournament. Vazquez also serves as an assistant women’s ice hockey coach at NEC.
