Rachel Garcia is in her first season as a graduate assistant coach for the women’s soccer program.
A four-year letterwinner at Tulsa, Garcia (2009-12) started in 74 of 76 career games at the defender position where she helped the Golden Hurricane post 27 shutouts. She also tallied five goals, including the fastest goal in school history with just six seconds off the clock against then reigning national champion Notre Dame. Garcia also added three assists for 13 career points.
