Rick Mobley joined the Carroll University athletic staff in 1999 when he was appointed head men’s soccer coach. In 15 seasons as head men’s soccer coach, Mobley’s teams have compiled an overall record of 143-87-22. The men’s soccer program won their first-ever Midwest Conference Championship in 2008 then claimed back-to-back titles with a championship in 2009.
