Sam Schroeder enters his fourth year as the head coach of Ripon’s women’s soccer team during the 2014 season. In his first year with the team, Schroeder helped the Red Hawks nearly double their win total (7) from the year before (4), while narrowly missing the Midwest Conference Tournament with a 4-4-1 league record. He followed that up in the 2012 season by coaching the program to its first winning season in 16 years, as the Red Hawks finished 10-6-2 overall. In 2013, Ripon experienced back-to-back winning seasons and a second consecutive 10-win campaign, as the team went 10-7-1 overall.
