Collins joins FGCU following a four-year stint at the University of Arkansas, where he spent time as a volunteer assistant coach as well as an undergraduate assistant. While on staff in Fayetteville, Collins oversaw recruiting, scouting, and software programs dedicated to improving student-athletes performance.
