In his first season at Oakland City University, Coach Peck guided the Mighty Oaks towards a 10-6-0 record. The team achieved some program firsts such as double digit victories in the regular season, defeating a ranked NCAA Division II opponent in #10 Lindenwood University and achieving the highest regular season winning percentage in program history. Peck had student-athletes recognized by the NCCAA, NSCAA and the NCAA. The NCCAA honored two young men as All-Midwest Region performers and one as a scholar-athlete. The NSCAA honored three young men as Scholar All-North Region academic.
