Following an impressive undergraduate career with Colby College (ME), Su DelGuercio joined the University of Redlands women’s soccer program as the graduate assistant coach in July 2012. Prior to arriving at the U of R, DelGuercio worked at her alma mater as an assistant women’s soccer coach during the 2011 season. In addition, she worked as a volunteer assistant strength and conditioning coach during her tenure with the program.
DelGuercio currently holds the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) Advanced National Diploma. In addition, she has gained coaching experience over the past five years coaching with Seacoast United Maine Premier Soccer Club. Under her guidance, DelGuercio’s under-16 squad won the Maine State Cup title in the spring of 2011, which was followed by her under-17 team repeating the effort in 2012. She has also served as the head coach for an under-12 team and as a co-head coach for an under-18 Maine State Champion Squad. Furthermore, she has gained experience as an assistant coach for three other club teams, with two of them winning Maine State Cup titles in their respective age groups.
