Tim Moten is in his first year as an assistant coach with Texas Lutheran Women’s Volleyball.
Tim is a native of Austin, Texas. He is a graduate of Lanier High School in Austin, and he is working on his bachelor’s degree at Huston-Tillotson University.
Tim has previous volleyball coaching experience at St. Edward’s University, Southwestern University and Austin Juniors Volleyball Club.
Tim is the son of Kathryn Moten and the late Tim Moten. He has one sister, Timesha Moten-Tibbs. His grandmother is Arfelia Middleton, and he has a strong church family, Gildon Creek Third Baptist Church in Manor. Tim is the music director of his church.
Tim is engaged to Silanise Bishop. They will be married on April 28, 2018.
