Wes has been with the UNLV rebels for three years, where he is a camp director and assists with outfield coaching. Current UNLV head coach Tim Chambers and Wes worked together at the College of Southern Nevada, and after Chambers took a coaching opportunity with UNLV, Wes followed suit. Despite his young age, Wes has a strong baseball career thus far, including a Junior College World Series appearance as a coach, 38 appearances as a collegiate player, and two consecutive JUCO World Series appearance.
