Will Clayton has been named an assistant coach at UMass Lowell after a three-year stint on the Wake Forest men’s soccer coaching staff. Clayton, who also spent four years as a player with the Demon Deacons and was a member of the 2007 national championship team, will be joining the River Hawks staff as the team prepares for its first season at the NCAA Division I level in the America East Conference.
