Haines comes to the Seahawks from the Triangle Futbol Club, where he served as the Assistant Director of Youth Development. While with TFC, Haines coached the TFC U20 men’s team to consecutive USL South Atlantic Division titles in 2010 and 2011 and a national championship final four appearance. Haines played at UNC before injuries shortened his career in 2006. But he returned in 2009 as a volunteer where he audited training sessions and worked with game day operations.
