Safety Plan at Camp

With COVID-19 safety restrictions being lifted around the country, EXACT will continue to follow the guidance of CDC and local governments. In most places, our policy will reflect that of the local area. Below are some key highlights of what you can expect at camp.

Face Covering Policy: We will observe the mask policy of the host facility for each camp. If the local facility does not have a policy, CDC guidelines will be observed.
Residential Camper Screening: If you are attending a multi-day camp and participating in the residential program, there will be some symptom screening required. See your Camp Dashboard for details.
Following State/Local Guidelines: We are tracking state & local guidelines constantly, as well as guidelines of each individual host-site, and only operate events in accordance with those guidelines.
Spectator Policy: It is our preference to allow spectators to view camp activities from the sidelines. In 2022, we will return to inviting (and encouraging) parents to observe and attend sessions.

Cleaning Crew + Sanitizer: We will continue to clean camp areas to reduce the spread of all germs during camp.
Socially Distanced Breaks: At our 1-day camps, players will be dismissed for a lunch break in the middle of the day.
Contact Tracing: While our approach reduces the likelihood of transmission at camp, if there are any reported cases after camp, we relay that information to families as quickly as possible so you can take the appropriate steps.
Flexible & Communicative: We are rigorous and will continue planning (& sharing updates) for precautions while providing your camper with a great experience.
