8:45 – 10:30 AMWarm-Up & CombineDynamic warm-up followed by measurable combine testing — athletes are evaluated on speed, agility, and explosive power.
10:30 – 11:30 AMEvent Specific TrainingPosition-specific skill work led by experienced coaches, focused on technique and development in each athlete's primary event.

4:00 – 4:30 PMCool Down & Final Performance AnalysisStructured cool-down, final performance reviews, and individualized next-step guidance for the recruiting journey.
4:30 PMEnd of DayAthletes are dismissed. Families receive follow-up information on next steps and continued recruiting support.
