Do I have to book lodging for the trip or does EXACT take care of it?

All lodging is included! Your round trip flight from one of our hub airports to Europe is also included.
Participants will be responsible for getting to New York or Chicago, where we will fly as a group to Europe. Registered participants will receive specific travel instructions at least two months prior to the trip.
