When you register, you secure a spot that could otherwise have gone to another athlete, as since a limited number of invites and spots are offered for All-American trips. Additionally, the bookings EXACT makes for flights, accommodations, match tickets, academy trainings, live games, and more are nonrefundable to EXACT. Because of this, we cannot offer cancellation insurance, but rather a cancellation timeline.
If you have to cancel or plans change for any reason, please keep in mind the timeline below:
– 50% refundable if canceled from the time of registration up until 12 weeks prior to departure
– 25% refundable if canceled between 8-12 weeks prior to departure
– Non-refundable for cancellations made inside of 2 months prior to departure
Based on our policy, cancellations made by customers who still have an outstanding balance cannot receive refunds, but instead have future fees waived.
