What Is PrepSponsor?

PrepSponsor is a seamless, automated fundraising platform built to empower youth athletes. Whether you’re headed to the All State Game, an EXACT International Trip, or another camp/trip, PrepSponsor simplifies raising funds by connecting you with local businesses and your network of friends and family.

How It Works

  1. Sign Up & Account Creation: Register for your EXACT camp and your PrepSponsor account is created automatically during checkout.
  2. Build Your Sponsorship Campaign: Provide event details, share your story, upload photos, and set your fundraising goal.
  3. Collect Local Business Leads: PrepSponsor automatically identifies up to 50 local businesses near your zip code. A parent or guardian will contact these businesses to request an email address, and PrepSponsor handles the rest.
  4. Automated Outreach: Personalized sponsorship emails are sent directly from your name, complete with your campaign link and QR code.
  5. Social Sharing: Increase your chances by sharing your campaign with friends and family—athletes who share typically raise 58% more funds.
  6. Track Your Progress: Monitor your fundraising in real time with your PrepSponsor dashboard.
  7. Get Sponsored & Thank Supporters: Sponsors contribute securely via Stripe, and you get instant notifications along with the ability to thank your supporters.

Important Notes

  • Campaigns must start at least 35 days before the event and close 25 days before the event.
  • Each athlete may run only one campaign every 9 months.
  • PrepSponsor retains 10% of all sponsorship funds to cover platform, payment, and processing fees.
  • If your sponsorship funds do not cover the full cost of your camp/trip/event, you and your family are still responsible for paying the remaining balance as per the event’s payment schedule.

  • They get tax-deductible receipts, along with confidence provided by our Sponsor Protection Plan.
  • All contributions are final, ensuring that funds are used appropriately toward your event fees.
