EXACT secures flights, accommodations, match tickets, academy trainings, live games, and more well in advance, and these bookings are nonrefundable to us. Because of this, we are unable to offer cancellation insurance. We understand that plans can change, and while we can’t offer full refunds, we do our best to provide flexibility where possible. To that end, we provide a structured cancellation timeline to provide clarity on what costs are refundable at given times. If you need to cancel, refunds are only available if your trip has been fully paid. If you haven’t completed your payment at the time of cancellation, we will waive any remaining balance as a courtesy. Please review the cancellation timeline below:

• 50% refundable if canceled up to 12 weeks before departure
• 25% refundable if canceled between 8-12 weeks before departure
• Non-refundable for cancellations made within 2 months of departure

Additionally, since each athlete’s registration secures a designated roster spot, transfer requests made more than two months in advance of the trip’s start date are subject to individual review and availability. Inside of two months, transfers cannot be accommodated.

If you cancel your registration within 7 days of registration, you will be eligible for a full refund.

For cancellations after 7 days from registration, we will not be able to provide a refund for any reasons. This policy applies as we secured your spot at the game, rather than inviting the next deserving player.

In the event that the All State Game is cancelled on our behalf, a full refund of participation fees will be issued.

The bookings Student Athlete Scholars makes for accommodations, tickets, and more are nonrefundable to Student Athlete Scholars, so because of this, we cannot offer cancellation insurance, but rather a cancellation timeline.

You can only receive a refund at the time of cancellation if you have fully paid for your trip. If you have not fully paid for your trip at the time of cancellation, Student Athlete Scholars will waive the fees owed as a courtesy.

If you have to cancel or plans change for any reason, please keep in mind the timeline below:

All EXACT Sports, SAS and All State Game cancellation policies apply in full, including the requirement that athletes / families remain financially responsible for their event fees. Sponsor contributions raised via PrepSponsor are final and non-refundable. If you cancel your registration without “No Questions Asked” (NQA) Insurance [not available for all events], or if you miss the event, you will still be held responsible for the remaining balance. Sponsor-donated funds cannot be returned, nor can they be credited or transferred to future events. Should you purchase NQA Insurance, you may receive a refund for your personal payments only, while sponsorship contributions remain with EXACT to cover the event's operational expenses. By using PrepSponsor, you acknowledge and accept these responsibilities and the non-refundable nature of sponsor donations.
