Regional program leader

Foremostly, you'll be joining a high-powered team that is based everywhere. While we have a Chicago office, the majority of our FT staff are based all around the country.  We are looking for highly collaborative self-starters to join us.

As the main representative, you'll maintain alliance with coaches across the state.  You'll be entrusted to support the community of athletes, parents, teammates and coaches.  

• Be the linchpin point of contact for high school, middle school and AAU/club coaches. Communicate effectively with coaches and their busy schedules. 
• Advocate for top youth talent across the state through interacting with families to encourage enrollment in our programs. 
• Support the selection of coaching staffs for events. Identify coaches that are good for the players and the long-term success of our events.

SKILLS: Emotional IQ, Problem Solving, Interpersonal

You'll leverage social digital tools (e.g. instagram, twitter, etc) to support awareness of participating athletes and coaches.  You'll advance EXACT's relationship through various media channels. 

• Embrace the importance of digital media in the lives of athletics including how it celebrates youth athletes and can build connections between groups.
• Have an interest and willingness to leverage digital tools in our event experiences.
• Appreciate how digital technology supports the other 3 areas here... Collaboration, Relationships, & Events.

SKILLS REQUIRED: Growth Mindset, Open to Technology

As sports is about the live-event experience, this is where all the hard work comes to fruition.  You'll be a central point of contact for bringing our vision to reality.

• Coordinate with the administrative team to identify in-state venues for hosting the football, soccer, basketball and volleyball programs. 
• Oversee the on-site program logistics for each of the four (4) events. Are you able to organize and keep track of small tasks effectively? 
• Be the event liaison supporting coaches & families. Be available to interact with stakeholders. Can you represent our brand, our team, and yourself effectively?
