Before Camp

After registration, you will be asked to complete four important steps that will enhance the camp experience for you and your camp coaches:

  1. Soccer approach training
  2. Soccer cognition/tactical training
  3. Complete player self-review, including development objectives
  4. Have your club coach participate in development

During Camp

The itinerary for EXACT Soccer is very intense for campers and parents alike. Day One consists of offensive and defensive clinic work for campers, in addition to providing insight into mental performance. Day Two will have full games followed by one-on-one sessions with the coaches to review their performance and offer tips for improvement. The curriculum for EXACT Soccer Camps is exclusive and highly beneficial for all players who want to take their game to the next level mentally and physically.

Aside from the campers, parents also get excellent training during camp. EXACT offers lectures to better educate parents on the mental side of the game and enlightening ways to ‘Improve Your Son’s Potential.’ The camp also offers a round-table Q & A session with all coaches to provide answers for all your tough questions pertaining to recruiting, college soccer, and everything related.

**Parents & family are welcome to participate in these sessions indicated by a double asterisk (**) above.

After Camp

Each player will leave the camp with a set of tools designed to aid in their continued mental development.  Each player receives a one-on-one session with their dedicated college coach.  They will be provided with a full written review of this session.  Each tool is developed with a focus on long-term parent integrated development for use with family in supporting the player to achieve optimal performance and outcomes. Additional training tools (e.g. Mental Training Guide/Journal) provided throughout the following year.

What Do I Need To Bring

All Campers are expected to bring:

1. Water Bottle/Light Snack for training

2. Soccer Cleats, Running Shoes

3. Shin Guards

4. Regulation Soccer Ball
