Jami Kranich

Jami Kranich was added to the Princeton women's soccer coaching staff as an assistant coach in March 2017.

In Kranich's first year on staff in 2017, Princeton keepers posted 12 shutouts, tied for the second-most in program history, while Natalie Grossi set the program's individual record for shutouts in a season with 11. The Tigers won the Ivy League title and advanced through three NCAA tournament rounds, making the quarterfinals for the second time in the 64-team era that began in 2001.

Kranich was a four-year starter in goal at Villanova, earning All-Big East honors after a junior season that saw her spend part of the fall with the U.S. team at the FIFA U-20 World Cup. Jami was selected by the Boston Breakers during the 2014 NWSL Draft. Kranich played with the Breakers for three seasons.

Sade Ayinde

Sade Ayinde was named an assistant coach at Yale in January of 2019 after spending three seasons at Stony Brook.
 
Ayinde was a part of the Bulldogs successful 2019 season which saw several players earn postseason honors, including Aerial Chavarin, who was named the Ivy League Defensive Player of the Year and was an All-America selection. Chavarin also was drafted by the Chicago Red Stars of the NWSL.
 
In addition, the Bulldogs posted the most overall wins (11) since 2005 and finished with a 4-2-1 Ivy League mark in Ayindes first season.
 
While at Stony Brook, Ayinde was recognized as part of the America East Coaching Staff of the Year in 2016 and 2018. In her three seasons at Stony Brook, the Seawolves posted three straight winning seasons and conference tournament appearances, won a regular season championship, a conference tournament championship and earned a berth in the 2017 NCAA Tournament, the school's first NCAA appearance since 2012. In addition to assisting with the field players, she also worked with the goalkeepers and helped Cara Gallagher post eight shutouts and a program best single season goals against mark (0.70) in 2016, and Sofia Manner honored as America East Rookie of the Year (2017) and America East Goalkeeper of the Year (2018).
 
In addition to her work with the Seawolves, Ayindes past coaching experience include six years as a head coach of numerous girls teams with the East Meadow Soccer Club, an assistant coach with ENYYSA ODP for several years, and player identification with Region I ODP. She also continues to serve as a scout for talent identification for US Soccer in the Northeast region.
 
Ayinde played at the University of Maryland, where she led the Terrapins to three NCAA Tournament appearances. In her career, she scored 16 goals and added 19 assists. She was named to the Soccer Buzz All-Mid Atlantic Freshman Team in 2008 and was voted the NSCAA National Player of the Week and ACC Player of the Week in 2010. She also was invited to several U-20 US Youth National Team camps in 2010.
 
Following her collegiate years, Ayinde went on to play professionally in the Damallsvensken and Elitettan leagues in Sweden for Kopparbergs/Göteborg FC and IF Brommapojkarna.
 
She holds a USSF B Coaching License, United Soccer Coaches Advanced National Diploma, and Goalkeeper I Diploma. Ayinde was one of 15 female coaches selected by United Soccer Coaches for the 2016-17 cohort of the 30-Under-30 program. 

Ayinde graduated from the University of Maryland in 2012, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice. She later completed a Master of Science in Human Resource Management at Stony Brook University in 2019.

Mario Zuniga-Gil

Division 1

Mario Zuniga-Gil, who has recently served as head girls coach at Father Gabriel Richard High School in Ann Arbor and the head boys coach at Chelsea High School, joined the U-M womens soccer program in the fall of 2021 as the volunteer assistant coach.

Originally from Spain, Zuniga-Gil is also the director of coaching of the Chelsea Soccer Club. He has held multiple jobs in Michigan since the 2015 season, including director positions with the Chill SBC in Lansing and Kingdom SC in Kalamazoo. He was also an assistant coach with Madonna University in 2018.

He holds a degree in translation and interpretation from the University of Granada (Spain) and a master's degree in recreation and sport sciences with a concentration in soccer from Ohio University. Additionally, he boasts a UEFA 'A' license. In 2021, Zuniga-Gil was selected for the prestigious United Soccer Coaches 30 Under 30 program, which each year recognizes 30 up-and-coming coaches under 30 years of age who are leading the way in developing soccer players and enhancing the game.

Stephanie Demake

Boston College

Stephanie Demake joined the Boston College women's soccer staff as an assistant coach in June 2023.

Demake spent the previous five seasons as the head coach at Post University, guiding the program to its highest win total in seven seasons in 2022 as well as the program's highest Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) finish since 2015. The Eagles and Demake earned the third seed in the 2022 CACC tournament and set a program record with seven straight wins during the season. In her time at Post, four of Demake's student-athletes were named to CACC All-Conference teams while 20 were CACC All-Academic Team honorees. Additionally, one student-athlete was named to Jamaica's Under-20 Women's National Team roster for the Concacaf Women's Under-20 Championship.
 
Prior to Post, Demake spent the 2017 season as an assistant coach at Davidson College and from 2014-2016, Demake served as an assistant coach at Troy University and helped the Trojans to an overall mark of 30-10-2. Additionally, Demake has been an assistant at Stetson University, Ohio University and Wheaton College.
 
The Auburn, Mass. native began her coaching career with NEFC and has spent time coaching with club programs Connecticut Rush Select, Farmington Soccer Association, Lake Norman Soccer Club and Stetson Football Association.
 
Demake was a three-year member of the Worcester State women's soccer team, helping lead the Lancers to a Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Championship and the NCAA Tournament Sweet 16 in 2007. She was a two-time MASCAC All-Conference honoree and was team captain as a senior. Demake also played one season at Hartford, winning the 2006 America East Championship.
 
Demake holds an Advanced National Diploma and a National Diploma from the United Soccer Coaches, U.S. Soccer D License, and graduated from the NCAA Women's Coaches Academy program in 2013. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Worcester State and Master of Science in Recreation & Sport Sciences from Ohio University.

Andre Reis

Andre Reis, enters his fourth season with the Brown University womens soccer program in 2021-22 as a volunteer assistant coach with an emphasis on goalkeeping.
 
Reis a key part of the 2019 United Soccer Coaches East Region Staff of the Year helped guide the Bears to a historic season in 2019 in which the team earned its first Ivy League title and NCAA appearance since 1994. Brown set program records for wins in a season (14), home wins in a season (11), and shutouts in a season (13).
 
In 2019, the Bears posted an overall record of 14-2-3 alongside an undefeated 6-0-1 mark in Ivy League play, finishing the year unbeaten in conference play for the first time since 1994. Brown notched an 11-0-1 mark at home, including an 11-0-0 record during the regular season. The Bears advanced to the second round of the NCAA tournament after topping Monmouth in a penalty kick shootout, 4-1.
 
The Bears distinguished themselves as one of the top defensive teams in the country, ranking second in the NCAA in goals allowed (eight), third in save percentage (.890), and fourth in GAA (0.40). Over the course of 2019, Brown tallied six All-Ivy selections (including the Ivy League Rookie of the Year), five All-Region choices, 10 Ivy League weekly awards, four selections to Top Drawer Soccers Team of the Week, four All-New England picks, two Scholar All-Americans, the ECAC Rookie of the Year, and the teams first All-American since 2000. In the final national rankings, Brown stood at No. 11 in the Top Drawer Soccer poll, No. 13 in the NCAA RPI, and No. 23 in the United Soccer Coaches poll. Browns 2020 season was canceled due to COVID-19.
 
During his first year with the team in 2018, the Bears concluded the season with 29 goals, marking their highest goal total since netting 37 goals in 2006. He coached five All-Ivy selections, including First Team All-Ivy honoree Abby Carchio 20 and Ivy League Rookie of the Year Rebecca Rosen 22. Goalkeeper Christine Etzel 19 earned a spot in the NEWISA Senior Bowl.
 
A native of Fall River, Mass., Reis played at Durfee High School and at the collegiate level at Massasoit Community College and UMass Dartmouth. He then trained with SC Paiense in Portugal and currently plays with Saint George Futsal in the National League of Professional Futsal.
 
Reis has a USSF C license and completed his Advanced National Goalkeeping Diploma from United Soccer Coaches in 2019.

Taylor Wilson

Associate Head Coach

A native of Rahway, N.J., Wilson enjoyed a standout playing career at Seton Hall University in 2008-11 and earned her degree in social and behavioral science in 2012 before joining the NCAA Division I coaching ranks. She served as an assistant coach to Barroqueiro at Iona in 2012, moved to North Carolina State when Barroqueiro became assistant coach there and served as director of operations for two years, and spent the last two seasons as assistant coach under Ian Stone at St. Johns. 


During her two seasons at St. Johns, Taylor helped lead the Red Storm to outstanding success as the squad went a combined 26-8-6 overall, including a mark of 12-3-3 in Big East regular season play. The team advanced to the Big East Tournament both seasons and competed in the NCAATournament with an at-large bid in 2015. This past season SJU went 11-4-5 and advanced to the Big East Tournament semifinals. 

Under Wilsons guidance, the Red Storm set school records for wins (15) and shutouts (12) in 2015 while claiming the first Big East regular season title in program history.  For their efforts Wilson and her colleagues were honored as the Big East Coaching Staff of the Year.

Previously Wilson had served as the director of operations for the women's soccer team at North Carolina State, helping guide the Wolfpack through an incredibly competitive Atlantic Coast Conference for head coach Tim Santoro.

Prior to her stint in Raleigh, she worked as an assistant coach at Iona in 2012 under Barroqueiro. While in New Rochelle, Wilson helped the Gaels record their first MAAC Tournament appearance since 2009 as they finished 5-3-1 in conference action. 

A center midfielder for Seton Hall, Wilson concluded her playing career as one of the program's all-time greats. As a senior captain in 2011, Wilson tallied four goals and six assists for 14 points, good enough for a spot on the All-Big East third team.

Her six helpers were the fifth most in school history for a single campaign while her 14 points were good enough for 10th in program history. She ranks No. 4 on the all-time Seton Hall career list with 12 assists. 

A two-time Big East Academic All-Star, Wilson was also named the Big East Offensive Player of the Week and the SoccerAmerica.com Division I National Player of the Week during her senior year after scoring two game-winning goals in as many contests against Georgetown and Villanova.  She was also a part of the U.S. Women's Under 18 National Team Pool.

Tony Huerta

Tony Huerta enters his first season on the women's soccer staff, but second season on men's staff at UC Riverside in 2025, where he will work primarily with the program's goalkeepers.

Huerta brings a lifetime of soccer knowledge to UCR, currently holding a USSF B license and USSF National C Goalkeeping license. He has over 10 years of experience coaching locally at Riverside Poly and with local youth soccer clubs, currently serving as Legends FC Director and coach. Huerta joins UCR after spending two seasons as an assistant coach with California Baptist men's soccer.

Huerta helped CBU win back-to-back Western Athletic Conference (WAC) championships and advance to the NCAA Tournament in each of its first two seasons of eligibility as a Division I program. In 2023, he helped the program advance in the NCAA tournament with an opening round win at San Diego on penalties. Huerta's time at CBU also included assisting in the development of Luis Mueller's (LAFC) and Antonio Gomez's (Austin FC II) path to professional soccer. 

Prior to getting into the coaching side of soccer, Huerta spent time with the Riverside Coras in the National Premier Soccer League after splitting his college career between San Bernadino Valley College (SBVC) and Hope International in Fullerton. Huerta led SBVC to back-to-back postseason appearances before transferring to Hope International, where he appeared in 21 games for the Royals as a defender while scoring one goal. 

Huerta, both a native of and a current resident of Riverside, credits his close community ties and the program's history as reasons to join the staff at UCR. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's in education from Hope International.

As a kid, Huerta always attended community events that UCR would participate in and dreamed of being at UC Riverside competing for a national championship.

Lucas Zicher

Lucas Zicher begins his first season as an assistant coach with the Hatters. He joined Chris Bergmann's staff in March of 2019.
 
Zicher comes to Stetson after spending last season as the goalkeeper coach for the mens program at Florida Southern. Prior to his time there Zicher also coached at Old Dominion, Coastal Carolina, Lake Forest College, and with numerous club and professional teams around the world.
 
Lucas is a fantastic addition to our program, Bergmann said. As a field coach, he has an excellent understating of defensive tactics along with being an outstanding goalkeeper coach; hell help us develop a very strong defense. As a recruiter he has wonderful contacts throughout the world along with all his club coaching connections within the United States. He will help us attract the right student-athletes who will be the right fit for Stetson and the womens soccer program.
 
At Florida Southern, Zicher played a key role in the development of the defensive unit, coaching the goalkeepers, as well as recruiting. During his one season in Lakeland the Mocs enjoyed their best finish since 2001 and were ranked nationally for four consecutive weeks, reaching a high of No. 8 in early October.
 
I want to say thanks to Chris Bergmann and the administration for this opportunity, Zicher said. I am excited to join the Stetson family, and look forward to contributing and being an asset to the program, institution and community.
 
Prior to his time at Florida Southern, Zicher spent two seasons at Coastal Carolina, helping the Chanticleers to a pair of second-place conference finishes. In 2016, Coastal set a team record with 12 shutouts.
 
Zicher has spent the bulk of his coaching career working with a variety of club and professional teams in the United States, Europe and Australia.
 
Zicher is a 2009 graduate of Trinity International University in Deerfield, Ill. He owns an NSCAA Goalkeeping Level 2 Diploma and a USSF D Coaching License.

Matt Tennyson

Matt Tennyson joined the Drake women's soccer staff as an assistant coach in the winter leading up to the 2024 season. Tennyson arrived in Des Moines from Xavier, where he was the Director of Player Performance for the 2023 campaign.

Before Xavier, Tennyson was at Coe College where he worked with both the men's and women's soccer teams as an assistant coach.

Prior to Coe, Tennyson spent a season at Lake Forest College as the goalkeeper coach and recruiting coordinator.

Tennyson spent two years as an assistant coach at his alma mater, Buena Vista University. He was involved in all aspects of the program and worked heavily with goalkeepers.

During his playing career for the Beavers, Tennyson was a team captain and an Honorable Mention All-Iowa Conference selection as a senior. He compiled 147 career saves, including 68 during his senior year.

Tennyson's coaching experience also includes three years with the Minnesota Youth Soccer Association, where he organized, coached and instructed traveling programs. He has his Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from Buena Vista. He holds a United Soccer Coaches National Diploma and USC GK Level 1 Diploma as well as a USSF C-License.

Tennyson resides in Des Moines with his wife Jamie and daughter Kori.

Linda Hamilton

Entering her 11th season as head coach, Linda Hamilton has since continued to bring the Southwestern womens soccer team to new heights. Taking over the team to start the 2015 season, she transformed the program into a perennial contender with SCAC Championship appearances in multiple seasons, breaking through as conference champions in 2019 for the first time in program history after defeating Trinity in penalty kicks in the championship match at Southwestern University and making their first NCAA appearance. In a historic 2021 season, she helped lead the team to their first regional and national ranking in program history, first regular season championship, and acquired her 3rd SCAC Coach of the Year honor. 2022 marked a fifth straight winning season for Hamilton, while 2024 marked her seventh in ten seasons. 

Hamilton brings a wealth of experience to the program, both as a player and coach. She played collegiately at North Carolina State University and the University of North Carolina, earning All-America status and all-conference honors all four years. She was named the Atlantic Coast Conference Player of the Year in 1988. Hamilton was a member of the United States National Team, where she played in 82 international matches. She helped the team to a World Cup gold medal in 1991 and bronze in 1995. In May 2022, she would be recognized for her efforts through her induction to the National Soccer Hall of Fame, elected from the Veteran ballot.

Hamilton, who owns a United States Soccer Federation "A" coaching license, got her start in coaching at Old Dominion University as the team's head coach from 1993 to 1995. She later served as an assistant at Hofstra University (2006-2007) and most recently served as head coach at the University of North Florida (2007-2013). She has additionally worked with the Easter Seals and National Multiple Sclerosis Society (2002-2006), serving as director of development.

Luke Meadows

Luke Meadows enters his 4th season as the Regis University Women's assistant women's soccer coach in 2025. He comes to Regis with an extensive resume at the youth level, now returning to the collegiate sideline after a multi-year absence as a volunteer assistant with the Men's program at Division II, University of Bridgeport (CT).

Outside of Regis, Meadows also currently serves as a head coach in the ECNL program with the Colorado Rush 2007/08 and 2013 teams, along with heading up the Rush College Advisory Program helping student athletes find their pathway to the collegiate ranks. 

Prior, Meadows also served as the head coach of multiple teams in the Colorado Rapids ECNL program and then separately with the Legacy High School girls program for 6 seasons. One of Colorado's largest public high schools, garnering a near .700 winning percentage with 24 All-Conference players, 6 All-State players and 1 All-American among countless All-Academic performers.

A 2006 Connecticut Coach of the Year, along with being a 2017 Colorado Coach of the Year Finalist and a member of Region IV ODP staff, Meadows will help to head up recruiting, along with many on and off field duties necessary to continue the success of the Regis Women's Soccer Program. Luke is a Colorado native, this is a dream job for someone like me.

Margi Osmundson

Starting second year as the head assistant womens soccer coach at Sonoma State University (CCAA). Previously at Holy Names University as a grad assistant for 1 season (2016-2017). At Sonoma State in my first year, helped guide and lead the team to a 3rd place conference finish and an overall record of 15-5-1. Appeared in the CCAA conference championship as a runner up, and competed in the NCAA D2 soccer championship. 

Riley Casey

Riley Casey joined the Eckerd College women's soccer coaching staff prior to the 2025 season after a successful collegiate playing career and strong academic background. A four-year Division I student-athlete at Belmont University, Casey graduated in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Educational Studies and a minor in Sport Administration. Following graduation from Belmont, Casey used her fifth year of eligibility to compete in the Sunshine State Conference at Lynn University, while completing coursework toward an MBA and a Masters in Strategic Communication. During this time, she became familiar with the Sunshine State Conferences level of play and competition, experience that now provides valuable insight in her coaching role within the conference. Casey also played for the Tennessee Soccer Club USL W-League for two years and helped them advance to a final 4 appearance in the league.

Andy Kohel

Andy Kohel was named head men's soccer coach at Johnson & Wales University in January 2018. Kohel comes to JWU after serving as an assistant coach at Colorado College for the last three seasons.

While a member of the Tiger's coaching staff, Kohel helped coach the squad to a 41-10-9 record over three years and saw numerous players recognized for Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) and United Soccer Coaches (USC) honors. As an assistant for Colorado College, Kohel was charged with video analysis, scouting, planning trainings and coordinating on-campus visits for recruits among other tasks. He has also worked with Rush Pikes Peak Soccer Club since January 2016, overseeing youth player development as part of the coaching staff.

Before joining the CC coaching staff, Kohel spent four seasons as an assistant at his alma mater, University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. During his tenure, the Titans went 48-18-11 and captured the 2014 Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) championship and earned a spot in the 2013 NCAA Division III Championship.

Alongside his work with the Titans, Kohel also worked with FC Green Bay Soccer Club as a member of the coaching staff.

Kohel played his undergraduate career at UW-Oshkosh and was a four-year starter for the Titans. UW-Oshkosh went 52-16-11 in his career and as a senior advanced to the national semifinals of the NCAA tournament after going 20-1-3.

He holds a USSF 'B' Coaching license and earned his bachelor's degree in History.

Courtney Stull enters her first season with the Gettysburg College womens soccer and tennis programs in 2021-22.

Stull joins the Bullets after serving as an assistant coach at Hood College during the 2020-21 academic year. Before spending two seasons as a graduate assistant coach at Goucher College, Stull served as an assistant coach at Susquehanna University from 2015-17. Some of her responsibilities included scouting, assisting goalkeeper training, analyzing and breaking down game film, and recruitment. During her time at Susquehanna, she helped the team post one of their best seasons in program history as they finished with an overall mark of 14-5-1 in 2017, matching the record for most wins during a season. The River Hawks also earned an at-large bid to the NCAA Division III Tournament, which was the first trip to the national stage in program history.

As a player, Stull was a four-year letter winner on the womens soccer team at Shenandoah University. She helped the Hornets appear in four consecutive conference tournaments, claiming the 2011 USA South Conference title, and an automatic bid into the NCAA Division IIII Tournament. Stull racked up 20 points as a midfielder and served as the team captain her junior and senior seasons. Her first collegiate coaching position was at her alma mater during the 2014 season.

During her undergraduate career, Stull assisted in the Shenandoah womens soccer program annual summer camp, while also serving as an assistant coach for the Manchester United Club Team in Frederick, Md. For the past couple of years, Stull has been an assistant director/soccer coach at Level 5 Athletics.  

Stull graduated from Shenandoah with a degree in kinesiology and a minor in biology in 2014 and earned her masters in education degree in 2019 from Goucher.

Dave Weitzman

After serving six seasons (1997-99 and 2006-08) on the Varsity Field sideline, Dave "Weitie" Weitzman returned to Muhlenberg for a third time as mens assistant coach in 2016. After two seasons with the Mule men, he moved to the women's team in 2018.

Weitzman has been a coach at various levels for more than 20 years and owns and NSCAA Premier license. He played an integral part in the success of the Lehigh Valleys NPSL (now USL-PDL) FC LVU Sonic in his six seasons as head coach, winning three NPSL conference championships, earning three NPSL "Final Four" berths, winning the 2012 NPSL national championship and losing (in PKs) to the Carolina Dynamo in the 2013 US Amateur finals. His Sonic team, which was ranked No. 1 in the country for all NPSL and PDL teams, also earned three US Open Cup tournaments berths. 

Weitzman has also spent two seasons as the Men's Assistant at Lehigh University and four years as a local high school coach at both Parkland (boys) and Whitehall (girls), where he compiled a 72-14-5 record and three of his four teams earned trips to the District XI finals. In 2014, his Whitehall team won the District XI championship, and Weitzman was named the Morning Call and Lehigh Valley Live coach of the year.

Weitzman played at Keystone Junior College, where he earned All-America honors, and at the University of Pittsburgh, from where he graduated in 1995. In 2005, he played on the team that won the silver medal at the Maccabiah World Games in Israel. He also has played for several Lehigh Valley Mens amateur teams.

During his time away from the Muhlenberg pitch, Weitzman works as the general manager of the Iron Lakes Sports Dome & Field and is also the Director for Penn Fusion Lehigh Valley a local youth soccer club. He has also enjoyed past opportunities working part-time for Kwik Goal as a product consultant, regional sales rep for EDP/MAPS, EPYSA ODP program, mens assistant coach at Lehigh University, regional staff coach for the NSCAA and as a webcast/television analyst for Lehigh and Service Electric Cable TV. Weitzman has also spent part of his professional life working as an athletic director at the Allentown JCC (1994-97) and as a child care counselor at KidsPeace National Hospital (1997-2005). 

Weitzman and his son, Kai, currently reside in the West End of Allentown.

Scott Waddell

Scott Waddell, formerly as assistant coach of the New York University womens soccer program, was named head coach in July 2023.

Waddell brought a wealth of coaching experience to his new position, re-joining NYU after serving as an assistant coach (2020-22) and associate head coach (2023) at Brandeis University. While there, Brandeis achieved its best conference finish since 2010, placing third with a 4-3 record in the ultra-competitive University Athletic Association (UAA).

Serving as an assistant coach at NYU from 2016-20, Waddell helped the program achieve its highest ever United Soccer Coaches national ranking at #15 in 2019 and a second-place finish in the UAA with a 5-1-1 record in 2018, its best conference showing since 2002.

Waddell returned to NYU with NCAA Division I, Division III, and international coaching and playing experience. A 2007 Columbia University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, he played four seasons as a midfielder/forward with the Lions' soccer team and served as a captain.

Waddell also played professionally for Pulau Penang FC (2008) and Real Mona FC (2009).

In addition to his NYU and UAA experience, Waddell also served as an assistant coach at Mount St. Mary's University (2022), as an assistant coach/recruiting coordinator at New Jersey Institute of Technology (2014-16), and assistant coach at Columbia (2010-14).

A member of the National Soccer Coaches Association of America, Waddell is a native of Kingston, Jamaica, and resides in New York City.

Brunelle was named Biola Women's Soccer's sixth head coach in the summer of 2015. She enters her second season at the helm in the 2016 season. Prior to becoming the head coach she served as an assistant soccer coach at Biola since 2009. She came to Biola and continued a tradition that was started by her mother, Judy, who graduated as an Eagle in 1967.
  Her first season at the helm of this Biola Women's Soccer program was the most successful season the program experienced in over a decade. The Eagles won the Golden State Athletic Conference regular season championship and qualified for the NAIA National Tournament for the first time since 2004.

Her effort that year was recognized by the conference with the 2015 GSAC Coach of the Year award. She also coached five players to All-GSAC honors and two more to NAIA All-American recognition, including NAIA All-American first team honors for freshman Madyson Brown.

Brunelle is a long-time coach who has a playing history in high school soccer, volleyball and softball and was a collegiate soccer player at Colorado Christian University. She is littered all over the record books at CCU and was inducted into their Hall of Fame in 2008.

Brunelle's time at CCU saw her achieve recognition as a two-time team captain, four-time all-conference first team athlete and 2001 Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Player of the Year. In addition to that, she was a two-time NSCAA/NCAA All-Midwest Region selection, CCU Athletics Senior Award winner, 1998 RMAC Freshman of the Year and a 2001 member of the conference's All-Academic team.

She graduated from Colorado Christian in 2002 with a B.S. in Mathematics and an E.M. in Biblical Studies.

Following her time there she spent eight years playing in various professional, semi-pro and amateur soccer leagues, including time on the Addis Eagles, a professional team based in Ethiopia. She also served as an assistant coach at Rio Hondo Community College, Monte Vista Christian School, Stevenson High School and CSU Monterey Bay before beginning her journey at Biola.

She helped lead Rio Hondo to a conference championship in 2006 and helped Monte Vista to the 2007-08 Monterey Bay League Co-Championship.

While she is not spending her time coaching, she enjoys exercising, cooking and reading. She makes her home in La Mirada, California.

Lilia Dosalmas

Lilia Dosalmas is currently the head coach for the UC Santa Cruz Banana Slugs. In her first season, Dosalmas earned Conference Coach of the Year after a winning season that included eight shutouts. Four student-athletes made First Team All-Conference, and 22 student-athletes earned Academic All-Conference. In 2024 Dosalmas led the program to its first Coast to Conference Championship and a bid into the NCAA tournament, had the tournament MVP and Rookie of the year for the C2C. 


Dosalmas previously coached at Mills College for six seasons. While at Mills, she led the Cyclones to qualify for GSAC playoffs in 2015, and the ACAA conference playoffs in 2016, 2017, and 2019 and again in the Coast-to-Coast Conference post-season tournament. Her tenure at Mills produced seven all-conference team selections and Dosalmas 2018 squad cemented their place in the history books by not only scoring the most goals in school history but also amassing the most wins in 13 years. She has coached at Merritt College and Diablo Valley College.

Coach Dosalmas holds a Bachelors degree from UC Santa Barbara and a Masters degree from UC Berkeley in Education with an emphasis in the Cultural Studies of Sport in Education. She has received national coaching licenses from the USSF and holds her Advanced National Diploma from United Soccer Coaches.

Natalie Freeman

Division 3

Natalie Freeman joined the Illinois Wesleyan womens soccer coaching staff prior to the 2019 season. She works primarily with the Titans goalkeepers.

Freeman graduated from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville with a bachelors degree in psychology, emphasizing in sports psychology in the spring of 2019. A three-year letterwinner in goal for the SIUe womens soccer team, she served as a student assistant coach during the 2018 season.

Freeman brings several years of experience, having coached at the youth, high school, and collegiate levels.

The Normal, Ill. native holds US Soccer Federation National D and Grassroots licenses, as well as a Goalkeeper Level 3 license from the United Soccer Coaches Association.

Marti Corby

Corby comes to Aquinas after serving as an assistant coach this past season at NCAA DIII Adrian College, where she helped the Bulldogs to a 17-5-2 record and MIAA regular season and conference tournament championships. They advanced to the DIII National Tournament, where they made the second round. 

Prior to starting her coaching career at Adrian, Corby was a standout player at NCAA DII Grand Valley State University. She led the Lakers to three straight NCAA DII National Championships from 2013-2015 and was a four-time NCAA DII All-American. Corby was also named United Soccer Coaches National Player of the Year twice (2014 and 2015). Corby's name is all over the Laker record book, where she ranks first all-time in career games played (102), assists (61) and game-winning goals (9), fourth in career points (183), and fifth all time in goals (61). She holds the school single-season record with 24 assists and ranks third all-time in career assists (61) in NCAA DII history.
