Brenner is in his sixth season with the Wake Forest men's soccer program in 2016 after being hired onto the staff prior to the 2011 season.
In 2015, Brenner helped guide Wake Forest to one of the best seasons in program history to date as the Deacs went 17-3-2, earned the No. 1 overall seed in the NCAA Tournament and made a run to the Elite Eight. After the season, Brenner was named the NSCAA's Glenn "Mooch" Myernick National Assistant Coach of the Year and the organization's South Region Assistant Coach of the Year.
At Wake Forest, Brenner works primarily with the team's defensive unit and goalkeepers while also serving as the program's recruiting coordinator. In 2015, Wake Forest allowed just 13 goals on the campaign, which tied for the lowest goals against total in Wake Forest history. Brenner also helped Alec Ferrell to his best season as a Demon Deacon thus far, as Ferrell finished with eight shutouts and a 0.66 goals against average. Most of the season, Ferrell flirted with Brian Edwards' 2007 record of a 0.50 goals against average, but ultimately came up a bit short. Overall in 2015, Wake Forest posted a 0.58 GAA, which came just 0.06 off the record of 0.52, set in 2007.
Before joining the Demon Deacons, Brenner served as an assistant coach at Connecticut for four years. During his time with the Huskies, the program posted at 54-14-17 record. While at UConn, Brenner aided the development of Josh Ford, an All-American and All-BIG EAST goalkeeper for the Huskies. While at UConn, Brenner also worked with student-athletes on and off the field, as well as assisting in ticket sales with local youth clubs, team travel and game promotions. He also helped with goalkeeper training after a successful Division I collegiate career at South Florida.
All in all, Brenner's teams in nine seasons as an assistant coach at Wake Forest and Connecticut have never missed the NCAA Tournament. His best runs in the tournament came in Elite Eight runs in 2007 and 2015 and Sweet 16 appearances in 2008 and 2013.
Brenner graduated from South Florida in 2006 and went on trial with the Chicago Fire in the spring of 2007. At USF, he was a four-year starter and a three-time captain for the Bulls. Kulas returns for his sixth season as an assistant coach for the University of Hartfords mens soccer team in 2016. Kulas, who joined the Hawks in 2011, has worked alongside head coach Tom Poitras for the last 10 years, as he previously served as his top assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. He assists with all aspects of the program with an emphasis on recruiting.
Since landing at Hartford with Poitras in 2011, Kulas has piloted the Hawks to 44 wins, the most in a five-year stretch since 1999-2003. The Hawks have made a trio of America East Championship appearances during that stretch, including trips to the conferences title match in 2011, 2013 and 2014.
Kulas contributions to player development both on and off the field have been substantial. He has guided 21 student-athletes to All-Conference distinction and nine to NSCAA regional awards. In the classroom, Hawks mens soccer student-athletes have combined for the highest grade point average among its America East peers in three of the last four years. In addition, 15 America East All-Academic Team laurels have been awarded to Hartford mens soccer players, while Anthony LoBello, a 2016 graduate, became the Hawks first CoSIDA Academic All-District honoree since 2009.
While at Green Bay, Kulas helped pilot the team to four-straight Horizon League tournament appearances, including a historic season in 2009 that saw the program earn its first-ever tournament championship coupled with an NCAA Division I Tournament appearance, the first in 26 years. In 2007, his impact aided the Phoenix in returning to the Horizon League championship game as the former college defender helped Green Bay set a team record with 12 shutouts in a single season.
Kulas got his collegiate coaching career started with a stint at Assumption College in 2004. Serving as an assistant womens soccer coach with the Greyhounds, he helped direct the team to its first-ever berth in the NCAA Division II New England Regional Tournament that season. Following that appointment, Kulas served one season as an assistant to the Hawks womens soccer team under current head coach John Natale before returning to Worcester, Mass., when he was named head coach of Assumptions mens soccer program.
Kulas is a 2002 graduate of Southern New Hampshire, where he was a standout defender for the mens soccer team under Poitras watch. He helped the team post a 38-12-8 record as a three-year starter and led the Penmen to a pair of NCAA regional appearances and a Northeast-10 title (2000). Kulas went on to gain professional playing experience in 2002 as a member of the New Hampshire Phantoms, a team that placed fourth in the Northern Division.
Kulas hiring also served as a homecoming for the Nutmeg State native, as he was an assistant coach for the Hartford womens soccer team in 2005. He holds a National B License and has also served as a staff coach to the FC Green Bay Boys U15 youth soccer club team as well as Wisconsins Olympic Development Program.
Rob Esposito currently assists Matt Viggiano in coaching the Marist Red Foxes, and also holds the title Technical Director at Quickstrike FC. As a student-athlete, Esposito played at Herkimer Community College from 2004-2006, where the team finished as national runners-up in 2004 and won a National Championship in 2005. Following his time at Herkimer, Esposito enrolled at SUNY Fredonia, playing from 2006-2008, when the team finished as SUNYAC runners-up in 2006 and conference champions in 2007. During his time at Fredonia, Esposito was named NSCAA All-Region twice and after graduation, played for the Westchester Flames of the PDL.
Esposito began coaching in 2011 at Dutchess Community College, before he was hired as an assistant at Mount St. Mary College in Newburgh from 2012-17, winning a conference championship during the 2013 season. Esposito holds a FAW C License.
Julian Richens enters his 10th season as the head coach of the mens soccer program at Saint Peter's in 2020-21.
Richens' ninth year in Jersey City was hands down his most successful after guiding the Peacocks to their winningest season in a decade and an outright Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) regular season title. Saint Peter's finished the year with a 13-6-0 overall record as well as a program-best 9-1-0 mark in league play. Along the way, Richens and his staff propelled the squad to an appearance in the 2019 MAAC Championship Finals -- their first such appearance since their last title in 2010 -- after a program-record 10-game winning/unbeaten streak. Despite finishing as the league tournament runners-up, the Peacocks still earned their first regular season crown since 2010 and posted the third-highest win total in single-season school history.
For his efforts behind the bench, Richens earned his first MAAC Coach of the Year award since taking command in 2011 by unanimous selection after the team was selected seventh in the preseason coaches' poll. Richens is the fourth Peacock coach in the program's history to earn the honor, following Gerry McKeown (1994), Cesar Markovic (2003), and Guy Abrahamson (2010). But he was not alone in earning major hardware, as Dominic Laws '21 was named the MAAC Offensive Player of the Year. The combination of Richens and Laws marked only the second time in program history in which two Peacocks both received MAAC men's soccer major awards, with the other pair being Assaf Sheleg and Guy Abrahamson, who were the Defensive Player of the Year and Coach of the Year, respectively, in 2010.
Additionally, the Peacocks also led the league with their seven all-conference honorees in 2019, a figure that is tied for the most in a single season in program history (2006). Both Laws and classmate Jordan Jowers '21 also gathered additional postseason hardware as all-region selections by the ECAC and United Soccer Coaches' Association. Saint Peter's also boasted a league-leading 15 MAAC All-Academic Team honorees, as well.
In 2018, Richens helped Saint Peter's post a 5-4-1 MAAC record and 8-9-2 overall record, improving on both MAAC and overall records from the 2017 campaign. Richens' team finished the regular season in sixth place, qualifying for the MAAC playoffs for the first time under his leadership and last time since 2010. During the season, the team had a three-game shutout stretch for the first time since 2010 and scored four goals in consecutive games for the first time since 2007. Richens coached three All-MAAC players in sophomores Jordan Jowers (1st Team) and Dominic Laws (2nd Team), and freshman Jason Dubrovich (Rookie Team), making them the first Peacock trio since 2010 to earn all-league honors in the same season. Additionally, Richens had three separate players win MAAC weekly awards during the season, the teams most weekly honors since 2013.
Over the past two seasons, Richens sports a 21-15-2 overall mark (.553) and a 14-5-1 MAAC tally (.700); the combined 14 conference wins over the last two seasons are the most through any two year period in program history. He also headed the NJCU women's soccer program for one season in 2003-04.
In 2017 under Richens, the Peacocks earned two wins and a tie over playoff qualifying teams (Iona, Hartwick [Sun Belt Conference], and tied with Bucknell [Patriot League]) and earned a tie against Big East foe Seton Hall. The teams 4-0 blowout win over Iona at home was the programs largest margin of victory since the 2014 season. Richens also had rookie-sensation forward Jordan Jowers earn All-MAAC Second team and All-Rookie team honors.
The team led the MAAC in saves and saves per game in 2016 and Richens led Saint Peter's to a team-best seven wins with him at the helm in 2015, while the Peacocks also advanced to the MAAC Tournament that year. Richens has coached two All-MAAC first-team selection, six All-MAAC second-team honorees and two All-Rookie team selections in his tenure at Saint Peter's.
He came to Saint Peters after serving as a mens assistant coach at Rider for four seasons.
Since coming to the United States in 1999, Richens has been a Regional Manager for Noga ProExcel, a national coaching company. He also directed Champions World Camps with AC Milan and served as head coach for New Jersey City Universitys womens team during the 2003 season.
Richens owns and operates Players Edge Soccer, a coaching education company based in Central NJ. A noted youth coach with boys and girls teams and in the last four years his teams have won a National Championship, three State Cups and appeared in seven State Finals. Three of his teams have been national ranked top 15 teams.
Richens earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Science in 1998 from Brunel University in England. He is licensed by the USSF, NSCAA and UEFA.

Paul Marco
Head Men's Soccer Coach
Paul Marco enters his 15th season as the head soccer coach at Binghamton University in 2015. Under his guidance, the Bearcats have been transformed from a team that won just two games the year before his arrival into an established program that has become a fixture on the conference, regional and national scene.
The 2015 campaign marked a resurgence for the Binghamton men's soccer program. It won 10 games, marking its highest total since 2008. This includes a 1-0 win over then No. 28 Ohio State as well as a pair of road wins in the America East Tournament. The Bearcats ended the season by returning to the conference championship game for the first time in seven years. All of this was done with one of the youngest squads in the nation, which was predicted to finish seventh in the conference in the preseason poll. In the classroom, the Bearcats posted the highest GPA (3.27) among any men's soccer program in the America East Conference during the 2015-16 academic year.
Marco has led Binghamton to two America East Conference titles (2003 and 2006), two America East regular season titles (2006 and 2007) and seven appearances in the conference title game. From 2003-08, Binghamton advanced to a conference-record six straight championship games.
As the Bearcats have made their place among the elite squads in the conference, they have also gained attention in the national polls. In four seasons since Marco became the head coach, Binghamton has either received votes or been ranked in both the NSCAA/adidas and College Soccer News weekly polls (2003, 2004, 2005 & 2007). Furthermore, the Bearcats have been ranked among the top 10 teams in the Northeast Region five times since 2003.
Under Marcos guidance, the Bearcats have excelled just as much in the classroom as they have on the playing field. The 2007 team posted the highest combined GPA in the nation (3.37) out of over 200 programs. The Binghamton 2005 squad had the third-highest combined GPA among all NCAA Division I mens soccer programs (3.30), the 2006 team was ranked fourth (3.26) and the 2008 squad tied for fifth (3.30). Individually, Binghamton has had one COSIDA Academic All-American, one COSIDA Academic All-District selection and nine NSCAA Scholar All-Americans since Marco became the head coach.
In 2007, Binghamton moved into the 2,534-seat Bearcats Sports Complex and have since ranked among the top Division I programs in the nation in home attendance three times. The Bearcats were No. 21 in the nation during the 2007 campaign and No. 20 in 2008 and No. 23 in 2009.
Marco led the Bearcats to a 14-6-0 record as well as its second straight America East regular season title during the 2007 campaign. In the process, the Bearcats became the first regular-season repeat champion in 13 years. Binghamtons 14 wins marked its highest total since 1993. Marco was named the America East Coach of the Year for the first time in his career.

Travis Wall is in his fourth season as the head men's soccer coach at St. Olaf in 2022-23. He was hired as St. Olaf's eighth head men's soccer coach on Dec. 18, 2018.
During his time at St. Olaf, Wall has led the Oles to a 43-18-3 (.695) record, including a 22-7-1 (.750) mark in the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. The Oles have appeared in the "Sweet 16" of the NCAA Tournament in each of the last two seasons, making the program one of just five NCAA Division III men's soccer programs in the country to accomplish that feat. Wall also guided St. Olaf to the 2021 MIAC regular-season title and the 2022 MIAC Playoffs title.
In 2022, St. Olaf advanced to the "Sweet 16" for the second-straight season after defeating Lake Forest College and No. 10 North Central College (Ill.) in the opening rounds before falling in a shootout. As the No. 2 seed in the MIAC Playoffs, the Oles blanked Bethel University, 3-0, in the semifinals before claiming their third tournament title with a 2-1 come-from-behind victory at top-seeded and fifth-ranked Gustavus Adolphus College behind Robi Buzakovic's second goal of the game with 1:01 remaining. St. Olaf finished the season 15-5-2 overall and 7-2-1 in conference play, with three of its five losses coming to top-10 opponents. The Oles also went 9-0-0 at home, winning all of their home games for the fourth time in program history (first since 1998). The 2022 team had four All-MIAC honorees - including the Offensive Player of the Year (Shea Bechtel) and the Rookie of the Year (Robi Buzakovic) - to go with one Honorable Mention All-MIAC selection, 14 Academic All-MIAC honorees, six College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District honorees, four United Soccer Coaches All-Region IX selections, one United Soccer Coaches All-American, one United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-Region honoree, and the program's first-ever United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-American.
In 2021, Wall led St. Olaf to arguably the most successful season in program history, as the Oles matched their deepest-ever run in the NCAA Tournament by advancing to the "Sweet 16." St. Olaf set a new single-season program record for wins in a season by finishing 19-3-1 and the 19 victories also were tied for the most of any team in the country in NCAA Division III. The Oles became just the fifth team in the history of the MIAC to go 10-0 in conference play on their way to winning the fourth outright (seventh overall) MIAC regular-season championship in program history. After leading St. Olaf to the historic season, Wall was named the MIAC Coach of the Year by his peers and he and assistant coaches Justin Oliver and Ben Braman were named the United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division III Region IX Coaching Staff of the Year at the end of the season.
St. Olaf tied the program's longest unbeaten streak with a 16-game streak where the Oles went 15-0-1 from Sept. 12 through Nov. 3, which included a record-tying 15-straight wins from Sept. 15 through Nov. 3. After not being ranked since 2015, the Oles spent six weeks in the United Soccer Coaches Top 25, peaking at No. 10 in the country twice, which was the program's highest ranking since 2011. St. Olaf concluded the season ranked No. 15, marking the joint-highest year-end ranking in program history in the poll. The Oles were also ranked in the D3soccer.com Top 25 in five-straight polls, wrapping up the season at No. 12.
For the first time in program history, St. Olaf had two United Soccer Coaches All-America honorees in the same season, as sophomore Victor Gaulmin was named to the first team and sophomore Hakeem Morgan earned a spot on the second team. The duo were two of only five sophomores nation-wide to be named All-Americans and made St. Olaf one of 11 programs in the country with multiple All-Americans. Gaulmin and Morgan were also two of four Oles to be United Soccer Coaches All-Region honorees and were two of the program's three first-team selections. St. Olaf also had a program record and conference-record-tying six All-MIAC honorees in 2021, including the league's Midfielder of the Year (Victor Gaulmin) and Rookie of the Year (Shea Bechtel).
In his first season on the Hill, Wall led the Oles to their first appearance in the MIAC Playoffs since 2015, as St. Olaf finished 9-10 overall and 5-5 in the MIAC. Under his guidance, St. Olaf had five student-athletes earn All-MIAC or Honorable Mention All-MIAC honors, which was the highest total for the program since 1993. The Oles were picked eighth in the MIAC Preseason Coaches' Poll but defeated three teams picked ahead of them to return to the MIAC Playoffs and post the program's highest win total and MIAC win total since 2015.
After the COVID-19 pandemic wiped out the fall 2020 season, St. Olaf played eight exhibition contests in the spring of 2021 and St. Olaf went 4-2-2 in those eight games with wins over Augsburg, Bethel, St. Thomas, and Concordia-Moorhead.
A former NCAA Division III National Player of the Year, Wall came to St. Olaf after four seasons on the staff at his alma mater, Ohio Wesleyan University, under Jay Martin, the winningest coach in NCAA men's soccer history. After joining Martin's staff in 2015 as an assistant coach, Wall was promoted to associate head coach in April 2017 and also served as the recruiting coordinator for the Battling Bishops.
In Wall's four seasons on the coaching staff at Ohio Wesleyan, the Battling Bishops posted a combined record of 51-21-9 (.685), including a mark of 25-5-6 (.778) in the North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC). Ohio Wesleyan made three NCAA Tournament appearances and advanced to the NCAC Tournament title game three times in his four seasons on staff.
Wall also served as Ohio Wesleyan's camp director, recruiting coordinator, travel coordinator and assisted in the development of training plans. He recruited the 2016, 2017 and 2018 NCAC Freshmen of the Year and also coached the NCAC Offensive and Defensive Players of the Year in 2015.
As a student-athlete at Ohio Wesleyan, Wall was a two-time NSCAA First Team All-American (2010, 2011) and was named the NSCAA National Player of the Year after captaining the Battling Bishops to the 2011 NCAA Division III National Championship, with Wall scoring in each of the team's final four games in the NCAA Tournament. As a senior, Wall finished fifth in the country in points (53), ninth in goals (19) and fourth in assists (15) as a member of the third-highest-scoring team in the country.
Over his four-year career at Ohio Wesleyan, Wall's teams went a combined 78-11-5 (.856), as he finished his career in the program's top-five in goals (49), assists (36) and points (134). Following his career, Wall was named to the North Coast Athletic Conference Men's Soccer All-Decade Team (2003-12). During his sophomore season, Wall started all 22 games for the team that boasted the statistically-best defense in the country, allowing just six goals in over 2,000 minutes to lead the country in shutout percentage (.773) and goals-against average (0.27).
Wall went on to play professional soccer for Minnesota United FC (formerly Minnesota Stars FC) of the North American Soccer League (NASL) from April 2012 to January 2014, after spending preseason with the Columbus Crew of Major League Soccer (MLS).
Wall's coaching career started at the University of St. Thomas, where he was an assistant coach during the 2012 and 2013 seasons, helping guide the Tommies to a record of 21-9-7 (.662). There, he assisted with all facets of the program and designed and implemented offseason cardio programs.
In 2014, Wall served as the Director of Soccer Operations at Division I Xavier University, as the Musketeers advanced to the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament. At Xavier, he worked with the 2014 BIG East Staff of the Year during a season that saw the Musketeers set program records for wins, shutouts and goals-against average.
Wall also carries three seasons of high-level club coaching experience as the head coach of the U19 Ohio Premier Soccer Club Green team and was named the 2018 United Soccer Coaches Midwest Regional Coach of the Year. In 2018, he led the team to the U19 Elite National Premier League (ENPL) National Championship with a team that had eight members sign to play at Division I programs, including Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) National Player of the Year Luke Kiley. The team finished in fifth place at US Youth Soccer (USYS) Nationals in 2017 and was a semifinalist in 2016.
Wall graduated from Ohio Wesleyan in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts and went on to earn his Master's in recreation and sport sciences from Ohio University in June 2016. In 2017, Wall obtained his C License from U.S. Soccer Federation. His older siblings, Tyler and Sarah, were both three-time All-America selections in soccer at Ohio Wesleyan.

Incho returned to Main Street after a two-year stint as an assistant coach with the mens soccer program at Elmira College under former Canisius assistant Kevin Brenner.
I am very excited to welcome Andrew back to Canisius, head coach Dermot McGrane said. Hiring a new coach right before the start of the year is not ideal, but having been a player and a volunteer coach at Canisius in the past, Andrews transition will be seamless and he will hit the ground running. He will be a tremendous addition to our program.
During his two seasons with the Eagles, Incho was responsible for the recruitment of one of the largest incoming classes in program history as well as the training and development of the squads goalkeepers. He also provided one-on-one player development and video review along with overseeing the programs academic progress that resulted in the squad carrying a team GPA of 3.0 or higher for six consecutive semesters.
"I'd like to thank Coach McGrane for allowing me the chance to come back and be a part of this amazing program, Incho said. I am extremely excited and honored to be able to return to Canisius and be a Golden Griffin once again."
Prior to his time at Elmira, Incho spent three seasons on McGranes staff as a volunteer assistant coach with Canisius (2014-16). As an assistant, Incho created and ran training sessions with field players and goalkeepers. Incho also helped oversee 2016 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Year Thomas Teupen and four MAAC All-Conference selections. He also helped guide the Griffs to a MAAC Tournament appearance in 2015, their first postseason appearance in four seasons.
In addition to his responsibilities at Canisius, Incho also worked as an assistant coach for the U-17 Empire United Buffalo squad and as the head coach of the Amherst Soccer Associations U-16 boys team.
A four-year letterwinner at Canisius, Incho made 21 starts in 62 games on the Canisius backline and tallied nine career points (3g, 6a). Inchos most memorable moment came when he scored the game-winning goal against cross-town rival Buffalo, which earned him the second-best play on ESPN SportsCenters Top 10 Plays that night.
Incho graduated from Canisius in 2013 with a bachelors degree in communications. He earned his masters degree in general management from Elmira in 2019.

Head Coach
Saint Peter's
Division 1

"I feel very fortunate for this opportunity and want to thank Dr. Theulen, (Senior Associate Director of Athletics) Joe Sassi, (Assistant Athletic Director/Business Manager) Jody Lemoi and the entire search committee for selecting me. During the search process, I was so impressed with the positive energy in the department and I look forward to working closely with my new colleagues.
"We will evaluate our progress in three areas including academic achievement, strong citizenship including impacting our local community, and athletic success. The Commonwealth Coast Conference is outstanding in the sport of mens soccer and will provide a great challenge as we pursue future CCC championships.
"I am excited to meet the entire team and begin our work together in the non-traditional season. I also am looking forward to continuing the recruiting efforts begun by coaches Sullivan and Tim Larocca (an assistant who served as the head coach on an interim basis during the search process) as we look to secure the recruiting class of 2015," said O'Neill.
O'Neill, who will be entering his 22nd year as a college coach in 2015 with the Golden Bears, has a 95-104-22 NCAA head coaching record over 12 seasons that includes previous stops at Division I East Carolina University (1999-2002) and Division III Gettysburg College (2003-09).
"We are extremely pleased to have Devin joining our Athletic Family," stated Theulen, who noted he received 120 applications. "His coaching resume speaks for itself. We were all very impressed by his background, his knowledge, and, in particular, his energy. Devin will be a great fit as we transition into a new era of Western New England University Men's Soccer."
O'Neill, 45, graduated from Middlebury College in 1991 and received his master's degree from Springfield College in 1993.
He came to UMass following a two-year stint at Bradley University in which the Braves participated in the NCAA Tournament each season. At Bradley, O'Neill helped the D-I Braves to a pair of NCAA appearances in 2010 and 2011, marking the first time in the program's history to make back-to-back trips to the national tournament. In his two seasons in Peoria, the Braves posted a 26-15-5 record with 15 wins in 2011 for the second-most wins in program history.
O'Neill returned to his home state of Massachusetts after spending time in the collegiate ranks as both a head coach and an assistant coach. Prior to joining Bradley as an assistant coach in 2010, O'Neill was the head coach at Gettysburg for seven seasons and at East Carolina for four more. He started his coaching career in 1994 at Lafayette College before moving on to Fresno State (1996-97) and Ohio State (1997-99).
At Gettysburg, he compiled a 68-46-18 overall record, including a 38-25-8 mark, and two runner-up finishes in the highly-competitive Centennial Conference. He coached 27 all-conference and nine NSCAA All-East Region players during his Bullets tenure. In his final three years with the ECU Pirates, O'Neill led the team to its best three-year winning percentage in the program's history and produced ECU's first-ever Major League Soccer and US National Team player in Clyde Simms.
As an assistant coach at Lafayette, O'Neill helped the Leopards to consecutive Patriot League titles in 1994 and 1995. He then moved on to Fresno State where the Bulldogs won the Western Athletic Conference crown and reached the NCAA Quarterfinals in 1996. Before beginning his head coaching career, O'Neill also spent two years as an assistant at Ohio State from 1997-98 and helped the Buckeyes to a runner-up finish in the 1998 Big Ten Conference Tournament.
A three-sport athlete at Middlebury, O'Neill captained both the soccer and ski teams and also played golf. He earned NSCAA All-New England Region honors on the soccer pitch as a senior in 1990 and he was a two-time (1989-90) All-American skier.
O'Neill replaces Erin Sullivan who resigned in January to take the men's soccer post at Williams College, his alma mater. "Erin Sullivan did a wonderful job during his tenure as head coach and he has left the program in great shape. I will work hard to build upon his excellent work and strive to continue the programs record of success."
The Golden Bears' storied program has produced an all-time record of 473-359-75 (.563) since its founding in 1966, five Commonwealth Coast Conference championships since entering the league in 2007, eight NCAA Division III tournament appearances, four Division III All-America citations from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America, 27 trips to postseason play and scores of all-conference, -region honorees.
O'Neill and his wife, Mimi, are the proud parents of three children: daughter Brooke (16) and sons Sean (14), Shay (10). The family makes their home in Belchertown.

I had an amazing experience at EXACT Camp. I enjoyed the opportunity to talk face-to-face with so many coaches from around the country. I also enjoyed the opportunity to train with new coaches. I am looking forward to visiting coaches that I met at their schools and getting to take a closer look at their programs. It was also cool to meet so many fellow athletes from other places and make new friends. Thank you so much for everything!! Thank you!!!
Player
This was a wonderful opportunity to meet coaches and other players in a completely different format. There is a chance to show individual skills that may not be seen in a regular soccer tournament environment. The interaction with coaches is outstanding and I really feel that I was able to get exposure from EXACT that I would not have anywhere else. Thanks for a great session and options to see so many coaches. I can't wait to see where this opportunity leads me!
Player
I was surprised to see so many coaches, and having them available to talk to. I wish I would have known about EXACT Sports Elite Camp my junior year. I left feeling like I had personal attention from coaches, and got a better grip on how to navigate the college sports recruitment process.
Great experience meeting coaches, and having the discussion panel with coaches and parents. The games were fun and challenging, which I really enjoyed. Thanks EXACT!
Parent
The numerous pieces of advice for student athletes was really good. This camp was a confidence builder for my son, and also empowering. Thanks for a well organized and educational camp.

I brought my son to this camp not really knowing what to expect and was concerned about how young he was for the camp, since it appears designed around high school level players. I was surprised by the in-depth amount of information that EXACT provided us regarding how to prepare for the college recruitment process. Without a doubt, we would have missed out on the opportunity to know how the process works and the information you provided was insightful and we have confidence moving forward as our son moves into high school and college beyond.
Great job and we look forward to attending more EXACT camps, as well as introduce my younger son to the camps when the time is right. Thank you!
Parent

The coaches that mentored the boys were also very knowledgeable, devoted, and fun. The rating that was provided after the camp was very helpful to help guide my son with his future training. The camp helped to boost my son's confidence and love for the game. I cannot say enough about the camp. You guys are the best ! Thanks for your efforts!

This is the first ID Camp that I have attended and it was a positive experience in every way. The camp was very well organized leading up to the camp with very informative emails and preparation work for the camp. On the day of the camp, registration was well organized and the EXACT team was there to help for every step of the way. Chris was an excellent leader and motivated me from the very beginning. It was amazing to be exposed to real college coaches and to be coached both on and off the field. Getting feedback on the day was very rewarding. I am looking forward to attending EXACT Soccer Academic 50 ID Camp in June/July.
